No communication, information or advice given by ‘us’ or any representative of ‘ours’, whether written or oral, shall create any warranty. If you choose to rely on such information, you do so solely at your own risk.

Any material, informational, data or other mobile apps obtained through the use of the Stress Relief Coloring for Adults application services is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your mobile device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Advertisers in the app

We accept no responsibility for adverts contained within the App. If you agree to view the ads, download their app and/or purchase goods and/or services from any third party who advertises in the App, you do so at your own risk. The advertiser, not ‘Operator’, is responsible for such accuracy of any or all advertising claims, goods and/or services and if you have any queries or complaints in relation to them, your only recourse is to contact the advertiser.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
